1. Acting on Impulse

This organisation works with homeless and marginalised people through theatre and film to raise their self-esteem and give them a voice. Acting on Impulse wanted help to develop a marketing plan and improve their links with schools in order to increase their income to better support the increasing numbers of service users.

2. Fallowfield Library and Community Resource Centre

This organisation provides a range of opportunities to support skills and employability, learning and education, and culture and wellbeing. The project involved providing recommendations on marketing, increasing funding and developing their website.

3. Creative Hands Foundation

The organisation’s vision is a place where young people and adults are inspired and engaged through art to transform their lives, their surroundings and achieve recognition for their work. They needed support to update their three-year strategy and to create both a financial plan and a marketing plan.

4. Barlow Moor Community Association Ltd

Barlow Moor offers a wide range of services for the community, including youth clubs, employability sessions and lunch clubs. They wanted support to increase engagement of local residents with their services. This involved carrying out a stakeholder consultation, and analysing and reporting on the findings.
